This 1,000 plus, hardbound book covers over 225 subjects that arise in customer-broker and broker-brokerage firm disputes. First published in l990, this third edition is now the standard text for law school clinical programs on securities arbitration and is used by individuals representing themselves, customer attorneys and defense counsel, nationwide.
